ICC Services has two locations and runs a multi-shift operation. The Broomall, PA. office serves the Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE and New Jersey areas, while the Easton MD office serves the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC marketplace. These locations also serve as mutual disaster recovery assets. Backup files are exchanged on a routine schedule and if one location "goes down" for whatever reason, critical applications will be processed at the backup facility.

We will never sub-contract your work to another vendor - in or outside of this country, without your knowledge.
Off-Shore
There are jobs where sending the work off-shore may well be the best answer. We have the partner agreements to make that happen and you will have our standard guarantee of quality.
