There are service bureaus where the only people you will meet are in sales. That's because the people who will actually do the work are in some other country! And you may, or may not, be made aware of where and by whom your project will actually be processed. ICC Services has had Operations Centers in the Pennsylvania and Maryland areas since 1981. Yes, if it seems that your project is a good candidate for being sent off-shore, we have the partners with whom we can get that accomplished. But first we'll discuss the advantages and disadvantages of that approach. And, in addition to our accomplished sales team, you will always have our experienced operations people directly involved with you and with your work!
