Forms Processing
	A specialized imaging application designed for handling pre-printed forms. ICC Services use high-end OCR engines and elaborate data validation routines to extract hand-written or pre-printed characters from forms that require import into a client's database.

WEB Based / VPN Data Entry
	ICC Services has the ability to key data via the World Wide Web utilizing high-speed broadband access with secure ISP connections. We will work with you to design the most effective methodology or use your existing system. Citrix or Virtual Private Networks(VPN): We can key directly into your server or system with all the necessary security in place.

Imaging and Scanning
	ICC Services uses the latest imaging technologies to achieve back file conversion or file forward projects. These capabilities include output to FileNet, Captiva or any OTG compatible software. Bar code recognition along with custom indexing is also available.

Index Capture
	ICC Services efficiently captures index information from image or paper for archival and retrieval. Index fields, defined and created during a capture, are used to categorize and organize documents for searches and queries or to populate databases.

WAV Files
	WAV files generated via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems can be transcribed into ASCII files or custom databases. (For other WAV files, call our Sales staff.)

Electronic File Transfer
	All ICC Services systems are protected with both hardware and software based security.  We can send and receive files via FTP (encrypted at customers option) or via Email.

Key From Image
	ICC Services can key directly from client's images using all the business rules and verification processes we have described.
